Basics

To enhance, personalize, and support your experience on and through the weHub Site, among other things, we collect, use, and share your user information. For example, we use aggregated information to develop content targeted to user interests and to generally improve the weHub Site’s user experience. Your user information will also be collected when you contact us using our contact submission form. If you have any requests, comments, or questions about this Privacy Policy or your user information, please contact us in the manner provided below.

This Privacy Policy covers the weHub Site. You may encounter and click through links on the weHub website to other websites, such as those relating to weHub’s parent company, Reset.Life, Inc. at www.resetdotlife.org as well as third party sponsors, advertisers, and other partners, which are not covered by this Privacy Policy unless otherwise noted on such site, which may be the case if, for example, the site is also owned and operated by Reset.Life.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the activities of Reset.Life/weHub third party sponsors, advertisers, and other partners that may collect your user information while accessing or using such third-party services in connection with your use of our Site (e.g. social media and sharing services). This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy and information practices of these third parties. To learn more about such third-party policies, we encourage you to read and review the privacy statements of each third-party service that you may choose to use in connection with the weHub Site.

As a general reminder, please think carefully before you decide to put anything on the Internet. For example, if you voluntarily disclose user information in chat areas or bulletin boards (e.g., comments sections), that information could be seen and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from others. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information or other user information you may choose to submit in these public forums. To request removal of your personal information from any of our publicly viewable forums, blog posts, or pages (when applicable), please contact us as provided below. In some cases, we may not be able to remove personal information voluntarily disclosed by you in such forums or pages for legal retention purposes or technical limitations (e.g., the data may not be searchable), in which case, we will notify you if we are unable to do so.

Information Collected

When you use the weHub Site, your user information may be collected, used, and shared in a variety of manners. As detailed below, the type of user information collected may vary based on how it was gathered, but may include, among other things, your name, email address, and other information that you voluntarily submit (e.g., when registering for an account) such as name, business name, address, phone number, email, business information, and relevant industry), information automatically collected about your usage of the weHub Site (e.g., the content that you choose to view), and information about you that our third-party partners may share with us if such third-party partners have previously received your consent to do so.

Voluntary Submission. When you fill out registration forms, submit your resume, or provide us with other information actively, you will know what information we are collecting because you are actively submitting it. Because we change our offerings and features from time to time, the options you have to provide us with personal information also may change, but here are some examples of situations in which you may decide to provide personal information to us:

  • Signing up for email alerts or newsletters;
  • Registering for a business or consumer account;
  • Submitting information to B4C as part of the business account approval process;
  • Registering or paying for advertisements and sponsored listings;
  • Signing up for community events; and
  • Contacting us for technical support or customer service.

Depending on how you interact with the weHub Site, the personal information we collect from you may vary. For example, to receive email alerts or newsletters we may ask only for an email address and name. In other circumstances, such as when you complete a form related to a particular service offering, we may ask you to provide other information, which may include your name, phone number, and address. On a voluntary basis, you may also decide to provide us more sensitive information such as payment information such as a bank account or credit or debit card number. You should not include sensitive data (such as, social security number, driver’s license number, credit or debit card numbers) in any submission except where we specifically prompt you to provide such information.

Automated Collection. When you use the weHub Site, your device is automatically providing information to us so we can respond and customize our response to you. The type of information we collect by automated means may vary, but generally includes technical information about your computer, such as your IP address or other device identifier, the type of device you use, and operating system version. The information we collect also may include usage information and statistics about your interaction with the weHub Site. That information may include the URLs of our web pages that you visited, URLs of referring and exiting pages, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, platform type, location data, and other information about how you used the weHub Site. Automated means of data collection include the following:

  • Web Browser. When you visit the weHub website, your browser automatically sends us your Internet protocol (“IP”) address so that the web pages you request can be sent to your computer or device. We may use your IP address to determine additional information, such as whether the computer or device has ever been used to visit weHub before, which weHub features were used the most often, and how much time was spent on a page.
  • Web Beacons and Log Files. We use “web beacons” (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags, tracking pixels, and clear GIFs) on our websites and those of certain of our job posting clients. These web beacons allow us and third parties to collect information such as the IP address of the device, the URL of the web page, the time the page was viewed, the type of browser used, and any additional information in cookies that may have been set by the third party. The information is typically collected in log files, which generally track traffic on our websites. We use this information for a variety of purposes, including the management of our online advertising by establishing which ads brought users to our websites. The information also is used for analytical purposes and to manage technical issues that may arise. We do not attempt to identify individual users through this information.
  • Cookies. A cookie is a small data file that is written to your computer’s hard drive by your web browser. A cookie file can contain and/or automatically collect information, such as a user identification code or IP address, that a website will use to track the pages and number of times you have visited. The data read from these cookies may be linked to personally identifying and non-personally identifying information. We use cookies and similar technologies on the weHub Site to personalize and optimize your browsing experience and the weHub Site. More information about our use of cookies is contained in this Privacy Policy in the very next section below.
  • Mobile Device ID. If you access or use the Site on your mobile telephone or other mobile device, including tablets, we collect mobile device identifiers and IP Address. We may create and assign to your device an identifier that is similar to an account number. We may collect the device type and any other information you choose to provide, such as username, geolocation or email address.
  • Mobile Analytics. We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and from where the application was downloaded. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.
  • Location Data. If you access the weHub Site using a mobile device, we may collect your physical location if you have enabled this feature. Even if you are not using a mobile device, information about your general location may be discernable from your device’s IP address or the URLs we receive.

We may receive information about your activity on and off the weHub Site from our affiliates, advertisers, partners, and other third parties we work with. For example, if you attend a community event hosted by a business account holder that business will provide us with your identifying information and other data such as what products or services you sampled, tried, or purchased.
